January 28th, 2015, the Commonwealth of Elmwood found itself split into two factions. One, who wanted to stay in the town, secluded from most human contact, and live peacebly, and the other wanted to punish humanity for their transgressions.

 

The feud had been broiling for a few months, and finally capped with several citizens departing. With Elmwood's economy devastated by the absence of key businesses, the town closed it's borders and struggled to recoup.

 

The town is reopening on October 15th, 2015, in hopes that this rift will be mended.
