Free! Character Artwork Commissions Contest!

Everyone here in Elmwood has a unique, interesting character, portrayed by a generic picture found on Google. Why not enter the Commissions contest for a chance to win a free picture of your character done by the lovely Lady Laugh Butts, monster character extraordinaire?
To enter, please subcribe to the monthly Newsletter using your character's name and email. Once the end date for the entries has arrived, a random generator will select from all the emails that have subcribed. An email will be sent from the Commonwealth itself with additional details on your commission.
Contest will run from November 2nd, 2014 to December 2nd, 2014. Only citizens can win!
